Liam Mathews, our dedicated trainer at ShootHQ, brings a wealth of experience to the table. As a former Division 1 Junior and Youth League player at the district level, Liam knows what it takes to excel in sports. He's also played internationally in the US, competing in renowned locations like LA and Las Vegas during the July AAU circuit.

Liam's journey isn't just about playing - it's about coaching and mentoring aspiring athletes. He has been the lead trainer with the Goodwood Saints Football Club, showcasing his commitment to the local sports community. Known for connecting with young athletes at all skill levels, Liam creates an enjoyable and effective training experience.
